By providing your personal information to Records Solutions over the phone, you have consented for this information to be used for the requested service (identify specific service, e.g. wage payment, student services etc).

This information will only be used for this primary purpose and will not be shared with a third party unless legally required or if your consent has been received.

NOTE: This statement must be relayed for each service requested. It cannot be assumed that the details provided by the client to the RTO are the same details that will apply or will be provided for an alternative service.

Records Solutions is committed to protecting private and personal information when creating, organising and implementing online and offline activities.

Records Solutions' privacy policy supports and endorses the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

Records Solutions will only collect information from an individual that is necessary to provide the services requested. The information provided will only be used / disclosed for the reason it was provided. Disclosure of personal information for a secondary purpose will not occur unless consent has been granted or unless required to by law or regulation.

Records Solutions will take reasonable steps to secure personal information and protect it from loss, misuse or alteration and to ensure it is kept accurate and up-to-date.

Individuals can request access to their own personal information held by Records Solutions. If individuals believe their personal information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date the individual is entitled to request that it be corrected.

If viewing the Records Solution's website, this privacy statement does not extend beyond web pages branded by Records Solutions.

Records Solutions may have facilities in place for teaching environments such as online message boards or news groups. Information provided for this avenue of learning becomes available for other users to view. Any information disclosed in these environments becomes public information and caution should be exercised when deciding whether to disclose personal information.
